Two of my greatest loves have always been writing and helping others achieve their personal and career goals.  While these passions have always been present, it was a graduate internship that introduced me to résumé writing and career counseling and I was hooked.   Over the last 14 years, I have written hundreds of résumés and helped countless individuals achieve the careers of their dreams. 

Throughout my career as a counselor and coach, I have come to find that true contentment and balance are possible only after we are able to embrace ourselves—gifts, flaws, and all.  Everything we need to achieve professional success, lifestyle satisfaction, interpersonal fulfillment, and work-life balance lies within.  I have always found joy in helping guide individuals through self-discovery toward personal and professional  goal attainment.
